The Rain In Spain
For as long as I can remember it has always rained at Easter in Marbella and this year is no exception. I would imagine that the cañada shopping centre will be busy today http://www.marbellainfo.com/La-Canada-Shopping-Centre.cfm it is the biggest such centre on the Costa del Sol.

Easter in Marbella
For the many years I have been in Marbella, I believe that this year is the busiest I have ever seen it over the "Semana Santa" period. It was a pleasure to walk along the promenade yesterday to see the beach full and so many happy faces.

Marbella Free Exercise Areas
Tusesday 18th March 2008 Marbella
Well I must say Marbella is looking very good, while walking through the town centre lastnight all the streets where packed with people waiting to see the Easter Parade, the restaurants and bars were extremly busy, the Irish/English bars were also in full swing due to the Saint Patricks Day or better said "Night" celebrations, I bumped into Barry Mitchell in "Ron Blacks" Irish Bar, the breakfast show presenter from the radio station www.rem.fm based here on the Costa del Sol and broadcasting all over Spain in English, he commented how well Marbella was looking, which has alot to do with Angeles Muñoz the new Mayoress from the Partido Popular www.pp.es , the town hall www.marbella.es has being working very hard, they have revamped the promenade leaving it with a feel good factor, they have even gone to the trouble of installing free exercise areas along the promenade, please see the video http://www.marbellalink.com/useful-info.html the exercise apparatus suit all ages and are very robust, you can exrecise for free with the most stunning views of the mediterranean and Africa, what a marelous idea, on the whole Marbella is one of the nicest places in the world to live or for your holidays.
